As an owner of a service-minded business, it stands out to me when a company has like-minded values as our own. These are my thoughts on A-Reliable Pool Services’ manner in which they handle their customers and their needs. Point in case was New Year’s Eve 2011 when it came to my attention the heater was not working three days prior to the New Year’s Eve party with plenty of kids planning on coming to swim in the pool. I contacted A-Reliable and found out that everyone was on vacation for the week as they had told they would be. Michael himself made numerous trips to my residence during those next couple of days and resolved our heating issue. The party was a success and there were no disappointed children thanks to A-Reliable. I haven’t really thought about it but he has picked the best name for his company, which matches his ethics! A-Reliable Pool Service has taken care of our pool since it was built.We never have to worry about our pool. They come once a week and always keep us informed about any issues that arise.

Michael is wonderful! He does an excellent job taking care of our pool. He is always professional and keeps us informed as to the condition of the pool equipment.
